How It Works
Administrative Resources does not do anything magical or mysterious. We simply perform many of the activities businesses already have to do, but we do it better and less expensively.
All businesses must pay their employees, and most must cover employees with workers' compensation. Various degrees of benefits may also be provided. However, whatever a business may currently be doing, its approach is fragmented. Payroll is processed by one or more persons, or by an outside service. Workers' compensation may be provided by one agent, while medical insurance is provided by another. Other benefits, if any, are generally obtained with no rhyme or reason in the pricing or planning. Whatever was the cheapest at the time, or what the last agent or "consultant" in the door happened to suggest seems to represent their strategic planning.
This approach is inefficient by its very nature, and takes too much time to manage and monitor. Also, the costs are always too high, both in actual dollars and wasted energy which should be put to more productive use.
Our process is simple and straightforward. We assume staffing responsibilities of our clients and handle the government reporting and record-keeping requirements relating to employees. If we are unable to find a suitable employee, our clients are authorized to hire employees for us.
Our clients continue to direct and control their operations as before, but Administrative Resources handles all the backroom tasks.
