There is much more to payroll than simply writing checks. State and federal monthly quarterly, and annual reports, tax deposits, W-2's, W-3's, data changes, payroll account reconciliations all eat away at time and profits. Also, specialized management reports that identify important labor statistics need to be available, but off-the-shelf payroll programs rarely provide these at any level of sophistication.

Calculating garnishments and submitting the payments in a timely manner can be a nightmare. Managing deductions and contributions for benefits, such as retirement plans, require strict compliance with government deadlines. Reporting requirements on new employees, and the continuing flood of government surveys and intervention demand that more and more time be spent on non-productive payroll tasks.

With Administrative Resources, you will have no further liability for any payroll activity. All that is needed from you is to tell us how many hours our employees worked; we then assure that everything is handled correctly and thoroughly.

In our Full Service Program, we assume legal liability for payment of wages, tax deposits, "940" and "941" federal reports, unemployment reports and payments, state and local income tax deposits and reports (if applicable), W-2's, W-3's, garnishments, new hire reporting, etc. As the employer of record, we assume total liability for government compliance requirements. You will never again have to think about these time wasters.
