As a client of Administrative Resources, we can take all the guesswork and confusion out of workers' compensation. If you are satisfied with your current agent and policy, we encourage you to keep it. If you are not satisfied, we may be successful at reducing your premiums. Your coverage will always be fully insured through qualified, licensed insurance carriers.
An added benefit to you in having us administer your program involves superior cash flow management. Depending on your loss history, we may be able to reduce your up-front payment which then enables you to conveniently pay the actual premiums due at the end of each pay period. This assures you there will be no assessments at the end of the year.
In essence, you "pay as you go." This allows you to retain control of financial resources longer. If an employee is injured, we take care of all the details. You need only advise us of information about the injury. We then complete the First Report of Injury, monitor the claim, coordinate all medical and claim information, and maintain your OSHA log and complete the annual OSHA report.
We also provide Risk Management assistance to help keep your premiums as low as possible.
